These terms apply to this website, writfund.ca. They do not apply to the WritFund donation platform, which is in development and will have its own terms, shown to every user before they give or sign up.

1. Information only

This website describes a product that is being built. It is not an offer to accept donations, and nothing on it is legal, financial, tax, or election-law advice. Contribution limits, eligibility rules, and receipt requirements differ between municipal, provincial, and federal elections and change over time. For the rules that apply to you, consult the election authority for that level of government or a qualified adviser.

2. Neutral

WritFund is infrastructure for candidates and parties across the political spectrum. It is not affiliated with any political party, candidate, or campaign, and nothing on this website endorses one.

3. Accuracy

We try to keep this website accurate, but it is provided as is, and it may be out of date or incomplete. Please tell us at info@writfund.ca if you find an error.

4. Ownership

The WritFund name, logo, and the content of this website belong to Ahmed Information Systems Inc. You are welcome to link to this website. Please do not copy the name, logo, or text in a way that suggests we are connected to you or have approved you.

5. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Ahmed Information Systems Inc. is not liable for loss arising from using or relying on this website.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
